Downtown Coffee Co., Sabetha, KS

We started our day on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at around 8:30 am at Downtown Coffee Co. The outside of it was larger than most coffee shops, and I thought it looked more hometown cafe with black coffee and large orders of greasy breakfast plates. However, when we walked in it had a cute bar area with an espresso machine, a lounge area, many tables and chairs that were spread out, and even a few coffee cups, candy and decor items for sale.

I ordered an Americano and an egg cup, and the kids got chocolate milk and cinnamon rolls. After a taste of their cinnamon roll, B had to go order his own-they were that good!

The owner talked to us for awhile and after about 30 minutes, the place really started getting busy! With a line out the door, we decided to pack up our drinks and head to the park!

This restaurant also features a larger lunch and dinner menu which we didn't try. But I would definitely go back. I love places like this that make you feel at home and welcome "lingering" and chatting to your friends and neighbors you might see come in.
